Yes, you pay us for the setting up and management monthly, you determine the amount you want to spend on your actual paid ads, thus, the extra fees will be determined by you, we will give you guidance in choosing the best possible ad spend budget to get the best results.

Reports will be sent out no later than the 5th of each month for the previous month.

Depending on the success rate of your campaign and the overall campaign idea changing, it is preferred that we meet with you at least once a month to discuss current campaign and any changes that needs to be made in future campaigns.

Loud Marketing will manage all paid campaigns’ comments & messages, any organic messages or comments can be monitored by us at an additional fee.

You have an option to either receive an invoice before the 1st of each month or we could arrange a debit order, which makes life easier!

When we set-up your ad account or gain access to your existing ad account, we will communicate an agreed upon threshold for your account, note that for new ad accounts, Facebook charges small amounts more regularly to ensure that the account is active and not “fake” if you still require clarity, please contact us.

Before we go live with your Google Search ad, all clients sign off on the agreed upon keywords, if you enter those keywords on Google your ad should appear. Keep in mind Google needs a maximum of 7 days to learn your ad and to optimize it.

Yes, if you are not happy with the creative we designed, we are happy to change it! Note, included in the package price that you purchase, we only include x 4 changes monthly.

Our team of experts will send you a clear brief/plan including designs for sign-off prior to the 1st of each month, this needs to be approved or send through to us with required changes no later than the 1st of each month.

If at any point you receive a lead from an area that you are not able to service, immediately let us know and we will action it on our side. In the onboarding meeting it is important to clearly state the areas that you wish to service/ market to.

Yes! We will ensure that your ads only run when you need them to or when your call centre needs leads, if your call centre are not working on weekends, we will communicate with you to ensure that leads only come in when you require it. Note these arrangements needs to be discussed in initial meeting.

Well, a CTA is simply a button or link that prompts visitors to take some sort of action on your website. This could be anything from signing up for a newsletter to making a purchase. Think of it like a virtual “Come on down!” from the Noot vir Noot host. The CTA is what ultimately helps convert website visitors into customers.

But just having a CTA on your website isn’t enough. In order for it to be effective, it needs to be optimized. So, how do you do that? Well, first and foremost, make sure the CTA stands out. It should be in a contrasting color and have a clear, attention-grabbing message. “Sign up now!” or “Buy today!” are much better than “Click here” or “Learn more.”
